This sentence describes the spirit of the government of the Republic of Indonesia in realizing sustainable development for its people. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or in Indonesian it is referred to as the Sustainable Development Goals are a development process (land, cities, businesses, communities, etc.) which has the principle of “meeting the needs of the present without compromising meeting the needs of future generations” (according to the Brundtland Report from the United Nations, 1987). As we all know, the government of the Republic of Indonesia currently has nine priority programs which are better known as Nawacita. Nawacita’s own vision and mission considers global cooperation as important as the SDGs.

Apply to all nations without exception. The Dataku application is a form of one development data for the Special Region of Yogyakarta which is capable of monitoring, evaluating and informing development results on an ongoing basis. The data and information contained in the Dataku application can be used as a basis for preparing development plans.

With the same spirit, in 2018, the DIY Regional Statistics Center (BSD) as the manager of the Dataku application developed the Dataku application in collaboration with JMC IT Consultant. In this development, BSD DIY has a mission to implement the SDGs in the Dataku application. With a good data center, it will be easy to determine indicators for achieving the SDGs. In developing the Dataku application, JMC IT Consultant really appreciates the emergence of brilliant ideas from application users for more optimal development results.
